The
ARASHÁ Resort and Spa is located less than two hours from
Quito, Ecuador in the middle of the richest, most biodiverse "Hot
Spot" on the globe, with more than 35.000 species of plants (which
constitute roughly 10% of the planet and more than 50% are endemic to
the area). The area also contains the largest variety of hibians in
the world, with over 664 distinct species and around 500 species of birds.
The resort is in a transition zone between the cloud forest and the rain
forest and covers 128 acres of primary and secondary forests.
The
ecologically sensitive bungalows offer tropical comfort and you will
see the multiple conservation efforts that have been implemented. The
guided tours offer a range of physical exertion and the staff can help
guests to choose activities appropriate for their level of physical
fitness.
Transfers
from Quito are included as are all meals, soft drinks and national alcoholic
drinks. One spa treatment is also included. As well as this many guided
tours are available as well as activities you can do alone.
