Torres del Paine National Park

Torres del Paine National Park encompasses an area of stunning mountain scenery where thick forest vies with barren pampa, turquoise lakes are decorated with glaciers and sculpted icebergs, and the magnificent granite pillars of the Torres soar skywards. A network of marked trails makes it easy to hike this remote area for fabulous views and unforgettable sightings of an array of wildlife that includes condors.

4 night itinerary:

Day 1
You will be met at your hotel or the airport in Punta Arenas and drive north across the Patagonia pampa to Puerto Natales. Stay overnight. Take a stroll in the village and prepare for the trekking. (Alternatively drive straight to Paine -7 hours)

Day 2-4
An early start for a drive into Torres del Paine National Park visiting the Milodon Cave. Afternoon walk close to your chosen lodge. Days 3 and 4 are taken up with full day excursions, trekking and sightseeing in the park. Please refer to the map below for duration, route and gradient of the walks. (A 2-night stay gives you one full day walk). 

Day 5
Return to Punta Arenas for your onward journey.
