Recently my partner & I traveled to Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.....
We had a wonderful time and our guide out there Luciana Dumphreys was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, going out of her way to arrange transport for us & also booking table reservations at restaurants...the advice and suggestions she offered us were spot on every time which helped us maximise our stay in Rio. ‘She went beyond the call of duty…I explained I had worked in Rio in 1973 on behalf of my employers De La Rue, the Banknote printers, to give assistance to the Casa De Moneda with their currency making. She not only found the old building which had been restored beautifully, but got an invite to tour the building which is now the National Archive Museum. We even got a look into the President Room, all of which is not open to the public. I could not thank her enough, it was one of the many highlights of a wonderful holiday. Thank you- Luciana.

We returned from South America and the Yamana tour in November. The tour was well organised, some of the most spectacular scenery in the world. The hotels were good and well located... The 'icing on the cake' was Gaby (Maria Gabriela Segura), she was kind, helpful, caring, well organised, always around if we needed her, words cannot express how good a tour leader she was. She made a good holiday into the most memorable holiday we've ever experienced..
