The Singular

The Singular Patagonia is one of Chile's most historic hotels, located in Puerto Bories just 5 minutes from Puerto Natales and overlooking the Patagonian fjords. The building was previously a post-Victorian cold-storage factory built by the British in 1915 for the processing of sheep's wool and meat that was shipped back to England. The Chilean government declared it a historic building in 1996. As such, you will enjoy warehouse style living with high ceilings and lots of public space.

The rooms are amazing, each with large 6 metre wide panoramic windows with views of the sea. Each is air-conditioned with private bathroom, minibar, safe and writing area. 

The public areas include a spa, small pool, bar and restaurant - with equally amazing views of Last Hope Sine and the mountains beyond. The hotel is the perfect base to explore Patagonia and nearby Torres del Paine - hiking, fishing, biking, kayaking and overnight treks are all available from the hotel.
