Cienfuegos Walking Tour

Spend a half day unveiling the secrets of Cienfuegos city, also called the Pearl of the South. Visit some of the grand buildings on Punta Gorda, including the Alhambra-inspired Palacio de la Valle and the splendid former sailing club. Next enjoy a panoramic stroll along the waterfront to learn about how the city was formed and protected by the great fort. We take our time to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and eye-catching buildings, not least the light blue Customs House, and then from here we head into the centre, where we find the city's best architecture.

Our main focus will be the Parque Jose Marti, where we will visit the stunning Thomas Terry Theatre, one of the oldest and most beautiful in Cuba. Other notable monuments include the Acro de Triunfo, the cathedral and the eye-catching Casa Provincial de la Cultura.
