This itinerary packs some of the Galapagos Island’s best sites into five days, giving a good overview of the the southern part of the archipelago. Champion Islet and Bartolome are two of the most popular snorkelling sites, where you can swim with fishing penguins, sea lions and turtles. The birdlife on this route is abundant, as you’ll get to spot albatrosses, booby colonies, flamingos, flightless cormorants and much more. Other sites include Gardner Bay, Suarez Point, Cormorant Point, Champion Islet and Post Office Bay.
Highlights:
Embark on a ‘moonwalk’ on the barren lava flow of Sullivan Bay and climb to the summit of Bartolome.
Snorkel with playful sea lions, colourful reef fish and Pacific green turtles.
Post your cards in the historical barrel at Post Office Bay.
Explore emerald lagoons and enter shallow saltwater marshes in an inflatable dinghy.
This exclusive 6-night itinerary primarily explores the remote western islands of Isabela and pristine Fernandina, which are both just recently born out of fire. After navigating clockwise around Isabela we will return to the heart of the archipelago to visit several sites on Santiago and its satellite islets, before finishing on and around Santa Cruz and North Seymour. This cruise itinerary includes two nights of quiet rest at fairly calm anchorage-sites.
Highlights:
Visit remote places that cannot be reached on day tours and learn about fascinating volcanic formations.
Witness evolution and see flightless cormorants, Darwin finches, iguanas and more.
Spot emblematic giant tortoises in their natural habitat.
Snorkel with whitetip reef sharks, sea turtles, sea lions and colourful reef fish.
The shortest route gets the most out of just four days on the Galapagos Islands. It combines the exclusive bird-island of Genovesa with the popular highlights of South Plaza and Santa Fe, giving an excellent first impression of the archipelago. Some of the visitor’s sites include Darwin Bay, Prince Phillip’s Steps, Barrington Bay, Kicker Rock and more.
Highlights:
Witness Nazca and red-footed boobies court shipping, mating, breeding, nurturing or learning to fly.
Navigate around the bizarrely shaped Kicker Rock, one of the most photogenic landmarks of the Galapagos.
Watch land iguanas crawl gracefully under giant prickly pear cacti.
