'All guides were of the highest calibre and eager to show us the best of their areas. Understandably after over two years of not working there were a couple of hiccups with services but nothing disastrous. This is the second trip we have taken with Veloso Tours. Both have been truly memorable. We would have no hesitation travelling with you again - both trips have been well thought out and put together. All our guides on this trip were full of praise for Veloso as a company, and consequently were prepared to go the extra mile for your customers. Having ridden out the problems of the pandemic and finally got the trip booked in Sept. 2019, we would add our voices to their's - we were treated well and fairly throughout what must have been a very difficult time for you. 'I arranged our boat trip at the Iguassu Falls so the family could visit without queueing. At the end of the visit to Iguassu, the father thanked me a lot, saying the day was formidable, and he understood why the Brazilian side was better.
