Whilst we feel that your time spent with our expert guides is best spent exploring the local life and culture of Hong Kong, the Peak Tram is a quintessential experience, along with riding the Star Ferry across Victoria Harbour and sampling the local dim sum. It is best enjoyed in the late afternoon and early evening, perhaps at the end of your full day tour of the city. This will give you a good look at the verdant forests which cover the slopes and the outlying islands in the South China Sea and then the main event itself as the city lights begin to come on. Be prepared for some long queues and big crowds at the top - but the view and the sense of awe and wonder make it well worth it.
