December to May - Dry Season and Best Overall Conditions

Inland, the Maya sites, rainforests, and caves are more accessible with comfortable hiking conditions and fewer mosquitos. February to April are peak months, so booking early is recommended for popular coastal resorts.
June to November - Green Season and Fewer Crowds
The green season brings short tropical showers, usually in the afternoon, followed by sunshine. Landscapes become luch and vibrant, waterfalls are fuller, and wildlife is more active. This is a great time for birdwatching and exploring the rainforest around San Ignacio or the Mountain Pine Ridge. How long is the flight from the UK to Belize
There are not direct flights from the UK. The easiest are via Cancun or Panama City, arriving in Belize City. Journey time us typically 14-16 hours including stopovers. At present, there are not direct European connections, so most travellers route through Mexico or Central America.
How many days should I spend in Belize?
