Ceiba Beach Resort is located in the heart of Maya Beach, a small largely ex-pat community on the Placencia Peninsula in southern Belize, 120 miles from Belize City.
There is a variety of accommodation from beachfront cabanas, sea view cabanas, one and two-bedroom beach condos, and lagoon side residential homes for rent. Enjoy the casual beach bar/restaurant, Mickey’s Fish Shop and Market Grill. The restaurant features fresh seafood straight from the Caribbean Sea. There is also a large pool with a swim up bar.
The Maya Beach area is made up of small resorts, homes, grocery stores, many other restaurants and bars, and even a bowling alley. Activities away from the beach include tours to see Mayan ruins, hiking in the jungle, tubing down underground rivers in cave systems, and fishing or snorkelling among the Cayes of Belize’s barrier reef.
