The Salentein estate is set in 1,124 acres of vineyards, with grapes cultivated at one of the highest altitudes in the world. Posada Salentein is located in Finca La Pampa (La Pampa Estate) within Salentein property in Tunuyán, 100 km south from Mendoza city.
From Posada Salentein you can visit and enjoy wine tastings at Bodega Salentein, horseback rides in Finca San Pablo (San Pablo Estate), walks around the vineyards, as well as relax by the swimming pool.
"Los Sarmientos" and "Los Zarcillos" are the two country houses within the Posada. There are eight rooms each with private bathroom. "Los Zarcillos" has a living-room with a big fireplace and TV.
The Posada specialities are regional meals, always accompanied by wines from Bodega Salentein and Bodega El Portillo. The meals are served in a comfortable lodge situated in a separated building, where visitors enjoy not only a warm fireplace but also a spectacular view of the Merlot and Pinot Noir vineyards.
