Pousada Casa de Shiva is the brainchild of the owner, Søren Bundgaard-Jensen, who came to Brazil in 2016 and fell in love with Fernanda Carasilo, who introduced him to the wonders of the Cerrado and the National Park. Together they have created a sanctuary of beauty, comfort, and well-being amidst the lush landscapes of Chapada dos Veadeiros.
There is a choice of 3 types of suite, Vale suites have a private balcony and views of the lush forest of Vale da Reserva. Cerrado suites have a larger balcony and views of the internal garden, and Alto suites have a view of the garden. All suites are air-conditioned with private bathroom, minibar and FREE Wi-Fi.
The pousada offers an included breakfast, a sauna with heated swimming pool and steam room. The beautiful gardens are also a great place to relax.
