Located on Illa Grande, an island accessible by a 30 minute boat trip from the mainland to the small village of Abraao. The island has no cars, is covered in forest, rich in biodiversity, trails, beautiful scenery and a stunning beaches.
The hotel "O Sitio" is a private house, well decorated, boutique property, set within the lush Atlantic rainforest, a few steps from the sea at Abraãozinho beach. The hotel has of 9 comfortable air-conditioned suites, each with private bathroom, terrace, hammocks, ceiling fans, sitting area, safe and hair dryer.
The central area of the hotel, The Living Room, is the location for breakfast and dinner as well as a lounge with books, games, and a television. There is also a spa and O Rancho, located on the beach with a fresh water shower, shaded deck, double kayaks and stand up paddle at your disposal.
Other activities include walks in the Atlantic Forest, relaxing on the beach and enjoying the hotel’s lovely gardens.
