El Mirador De Guadal

Located on the shore of Lake General Carrera and only 1 hour’s drive from the  Marble Caves, Exploradores Valley, Baker River and Patagonia National Park. El Mirador De Guadal Lodge is a good base to enjoy the many nearby scenic attractions.

The rooms are built in cabin style with splendid views of the lake and the surrounding mountains, a private terrace and access to the beach of the Lodge. Each has a private bathroom, fridge, log burner and tea and coffee making facilities. 

The restaurant is constructed using local Cypres and Lenga wood, giving a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The large windows allow our guests to enjoy the spectacular view of the lake and the surrounding glaciers while enjoying breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a pisco sour at sunset.

There is much to explore from the lodge, including trekking along the River Maqui, searching for petrified sea shells, horse riding to the Maqui Waterfalls, Yin Yoga on the beach, a tour to the Marble Chapels and Exploradores Glacier, travel along the River Baker to Patagonia National Park, walking on Exploradores Glacier and visiting San Rafael lagoon.
