Head out towards the coast to sample some of the region's beloved white wines and tour two of its vineyards.
It wasn't until the mid 80's that the exceptional conditions of the Casablanca Valley for white wine were discovered. Its locatio,n which is very near to the coast and the ensuing morning fog, allow the grapes to ripe slowly, giving it its unique qualities. In this valley we can find some of the best white wine varieties, such as the Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
Leaving behind the beautiful valley of Curacaví, with its corn plantations, avocado, plumb and walnut trees, you can truly appreciate the Casablanca Valley as it opens up with its grapevines that climb up the hills, as far as your eyes can see. There will be time to visit two vineyards, each with different characteristics and specialties.
