Pinche Pinche is the brainchild of owner, Simon Heath, who after a year working in Mexico City was determined to bring the joys of Mexican street food to Leeds when he returned to the UK. Food is freshly prepared using high quality ingredients and a variety of chiles, herbs and spices imported from Mexico.
