- Founded in 2001, GOL is headquartered in São Paulo and operates from its primary hubs at São Paulo–Congonhas Airport (CGH), Rio de Janeiro-Galeão International Airport (GIG) and Brasília International Airport (BSB).
- The airline flies to 63 destinations, which includes 51 domestic and 12 regional. International destinations include Argentina, Aruba, Barbados, Bolivia, Chile, Curaçao, Dominican Republic, Paraguay, Trinidad and Tobago, the United States, Uruguay and Venezuela.
- Gol has a fleet of 143 Boeing 737-700/800. Some of the fleet features comfort class, which is an enhanced seat with bigger seat pitch.
