Amanwana

Amanwana is located in a secluded cove on Moyo Island, a private nature reserve located east of Bali between Bali and the Komodo dragons island, just north of West Nusa Tenggara. 

There are 12 luxury air-conditioned, safari-style tents, with FREE Wi-Fi, wooden decks, a sitting area, kingsize beds, daybeds, writing desk and large bathroom. 

Dining is in the teak bar and beach-side restaurant. Alfresco beach and garden dinners, either around a campfire or à deux, as well as private barbecues, are also possible. Indonesian and western cuisine is served. You can even catch your own fish for dinner.

Amanwana has a spa, PADI dive centre, gift shop, library, yoga, snorkelling equipment, windsurfers, kayaks, paddle boards, and a Hobie Cat. There is also a freshwater dipping pool and a refreshing waterfall shower set into the cliff face.

Activities and excursions include cruising and fishing in the Flores Sea, a guided night snorkelling excursion and scuba diving for all levels. There are many dive sites to explore depending on your experience and interest. You can also take an excursion to a nearby waterfall and local village, visit a bat cave, take a mountain bike trip along the coastal cliff or visit Amanwana Bay Beach where sea eagles are often spotted.

Getting there: The best-served airport to Amanwana is Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). From here, it's 60-minute flight to Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin III Airport (SWQ) in Sumbawa Besar. You can also fly Lombok International Airport (LOP), followed by a 35-minute connecting flight to to Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin III Airport (SWQ) in Sumbawa Besar.

Transfers to/from Sumbawa Besar airport : Upon landing at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin III Airport (SWQ), guests are promptly welcomed by an Aman representative. A short, 15-minute car transfer will commence as guests are driven from the airport to Amanwana’s private jetty, where an Amanwana Speedboat awaits to escort them to their island sanctuary.
