The Hotel Casa Conzatti occupies the building that was once the home of Don Cassiano Conzatti, a naturalist and botanist born in Italy and who settled in Oaxaca at the end of the last century. The important work he carried out in these lands led him to be worthy of the recognition of the people of Oaxaca by naming the property where he carried out studies and cultivated species of the regional flora after him: El Jardin Conzatti, located just in front of the current Hotel Casa Conzatti.
The hotel has a choice of standard, superior or suite air-conditioned rooms. All have private bathroom, flat screen TV, telephone, hair dryer, safe, free Wi-Fi and ironing kit. All rooms are decorated in a colonial style with fine wooden furniture.
The Magnolias restaurant offers regional Oaxacan dishes. There is also a bar.
The rates include breakfast.
