Casona Sforza

Named after its founder, Ezequiel Ayarza Sforza, Casona Sforza is a unique beachside hotel with the emphasis on sustainability, nature and the local community. The unusual design is based on ancient building techniques, such as arch based vaults that let energy and positive thoughts flow into the suites.

The hotel has a mix of private pool junior suites, private pool senior suites and seafront senior suites. All are air-conditioned, with king size beds, private bathroom, safe, hair dryer, tea/coffee making, minibar, and bathrobes.

Public facilities include a swimming pool, bar, restaurant using local ingredients, and a spa offering a wide range of treatments.

There are many activities to enjoy, including: guided walks and zip line adventures in the nearby jungle; a visit to La Escobilla Sanctuary where from June to September each year thousands of turtles arrive to nest on the beach; a sunrise boat trip observing marine life including dolphins; water-sports and surfing lessons; a visit to the Island of Africa and its national park by boat.

The rates are on a bed and breakfast basis.
