Located in the foothills of the Colima Volcano, the historic and luxurious Hacienda de San Antonio is a former coffee plantation house dating back to the 1870's. The Hacienda's stunning gardens will live long in your memory.
There are 25 individually designed suites, each with private bathroom and views of either the gardens, river or volcano. All the suites are two stories high and have a plant filled courtyard. The hallways leading to the rooms are filled with treasures of Mexican folk art, Michoacán pottery and hand-woven rugs.
Public facilities include a swimming pool, bar, lounge, dining room and al fresco dining. Many of the ingredients in the dishes on the menu come from the Hacienda's gardens.
There is much to explore in the area, most obviously the Colima Volcano where it is possible to take a balloon ride over crater. Horse riding, yoga, guided treks and quad bikes explorations are also available.
The rates are on a room and breakfast basis.
