Sol de Mañana Geothermal Field
Located at an altitude of 5,000 metres above sea level, Sol de Mañana (Morning Sun) is one of Bolivia's most surreal landscapes. Oxygen levels are low at this height, adding to the otherworldy atmosphere.
Steam, Mud & Natural Power
This geothermal field is alive with activity, as spires of pressurised steam burst from the boiling mud beneath the surface. Some jets shoot up to 50 metres into the air, creating a dramatic natural spectacle that feels like a volcanic firework show.
Unforgettable Experience
The raw power of the earth, the thin air, and the strange landscape combine to make visiting Sol de Mañana an extraordinary moment - slightly surreal, completely unforgettable.
