Amazon Village Lodge is located 30km from Manaus, on the banks of Puraquequara Lake, upstream on the Puraquequara River. The transfer to the lodge takes 2-3 hours by road and then by speedboat, via the meeting of the waters phenomenon.
The lodge has 12 spacious bungalows, each with 2 separate rooms, with a ceiling fan, private bathroom with hot water shower, beds with mosquito nets and a hammock on a private terrace.
Public areas include a restaurant, bar and lounge area to relax. There is also a large terrace where you can sunbathe, read and relax with nature. The expert naturalist guides give informative talks prior to excursions into the jungle.
There are many activities on offer including: tours by motorised canoe; guided treks in the jungle; fishing; sunrise and sunset tours; visit to a local village; and an alligator spotting tour.
The rates include all transfers, all meals and all excursions during your stay.
