Tankamana is a quiet country lodge with a wonderful oriental style, and well appointed bungalows spread over a large property. Walk the trails in the mountains and forest, and enjoy the swimming pool, the lawn and gardens. The restaurant offers excellent cuisine in a cosy setting with panoramic windows with views of the surrounding nature.
Pousada Tankamana provides tastefully styled chalets with a fireplace. It offers 2 pools, including a natural pool with a waterfall and a variety of massage treatments. All chalets provide an LCD TV, a DVD player and a minibar. Each chalet is uniquely styled with stone walls and rustic timber furnishings. The daily buffet breakfast is served in Tankamana Pousada's restaurant, which prepares contemporary Brazilian dishes during lunch and dinner times. Room service and a selection of drinks are available. Horse trails and hiking tours through the forest surroundings are on offer. A sauna and a hot tub are available for use and 24-hour front desk service and free parking are provided.
