Headquartered in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, BoA operates its main hub at Viru Viru International Airport. BoA serves a range of destinations across South America and beyond. Key international routes include:

  • Peru: Lima
  • Spain: Madrid

BoA also operates numerous domestic flights connecting major cities within Bolivia. 

Key UK Services

As of September 2025, BoA does not operate direct flights to or from the United Kingdom. However, passengers can connect to BoA's international network via partner airlines operating through hubs in the Americas and Europe, including codeshare with Iberia Airlines from Madrid.

  • Viru Viru International Airport (Santa Cruz de la Sierra): BoA's primary hub, facilitating both domestic and international operations.
  • El Alto International Airport (La Paz): Secondary hub supporting domestic connectivity.
  • Jorge Wilstermann International Airport (Cochabamba): Additional hub enhancing regional access.

Cabin Classes & In-Flight Service

BoA offers two cabin classes:

  • Business Class: Available on long-haul flights, featuring 20 fully flat beds in a 1-2-1 configuration on Airbus A330-200 aircraft 
  • Economy Class: Offered on all flights, with seating arrangements varying by aircraft type.

In-flight services include complimentary meals on long-haul flights and a selection of snacks and beverages on short-haul flights.

Frequent Flyer Programme: Elévate

  • BoA's loyalty program, Elévate, allows passengers to accumulate miles on eligible flights. Miles can be redeemed for flights, upgrades, and other benefits. 
  • To earn miles, passengers must provide their frequent flyer number during booking.

Veloso Tours Partnership

Veloso Tours collaborates with BoA via our IATA ticketing license that allows us to combine BoA's services with Veloso Tours' expertise in crafting bespoke itineraries.
