Passengers who do not have their boarding pass for the next flight, do need to collect their baggage and then go through immigration and customers before heading to the airline desk check-in. Airline check-in desk opens three hours before departures for international flights and one hour for domestic.

- Salon Quito: Domestic Terminal. Airside, after Security Checks and Passport Control on the Departure Level. The lounge can be accessed directly from the 2nd Level as well as the 1st Level using the stairs or elevators. This lounge is accessible only to passengers departing on domestic flights. - Salon Mitad del Mundo: Airside, after Security Checks and Passport Control on the Departure Level. The lounge is located in front of the Duty-Free Shop.
