Omni Puerto Aventuras

The Omni Puerto Aventuras is a tranquil first class beach resort with a good range of facilities.

The building is low-rise with 30 private boutique rooms all fully air conditioned, with free Wi-Fi, jacuzzi, whirlpools, hammocks, TV, hair dryer, mini bar, telephone and private facilities. Situated on the beach, it backs onto a marina, and has two restaurants (La Veranda and El Xenote), two bars, a spa, beach bar and three swimming pools. There is also a gym and massage rooms. Other activities include golf and tennis. Offshore lies a coral reef, ideal for snorkelling and scuba diving.

Behind the hotel the marina offers a range of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a museum, for clients who prefer not to be in a completely isolated resort. Just 10 minutes north are Playa del Carmen and Xcaret, and the ruins at Tulum are only 20 miles south of the resort. The Omni Puerto Aventuras is a good choice for families, with children's pools, kids club and kids activity programme.
