Gain a wonderful insight into the natural beauty, endemic bird-life and human history of the region around Bariloche.

The Llao Llao Municipal Park is a great place to learn about the human history of the city and also take an easy 45 minute walk through verdant forest. This gives us the opportunity to appreciate the wonderful views across López Bay and from Panoramic Point and also enjoy the sights and sounds of the forest bird-life, stopping for a picnic. This magnificent sector of the Patagonian forest provides a habitat for endemics birds, such as the thorn-tailed rayadito, white-throated treerunner, Patagonian tyrant and Patagonian sierra-finch and close-up views of both the black-throated Huet-huet and chucao tapaculo.

We then take a chairlift up to the top of Cerro Campanario, where breathtaking views of the area we visited previously unfold below. Hotel Llao Llao and Saint Eduard´s Chapel are two notable landmarks. We finish the tour back in Bariloche, visiting some of the historical spots of the city.
