Rafting in the Argentine Lake District can be done on rivers of varying degrees of difficulty, suitable for most experience levels. The rafts generally have capacity for 10 people, along with the instructor. River Manso has a glacier origin and springs up in Mount Tronador. Its waters travel through lakes Mascardi, Los Moscos, Hess and Steffen and the river is divided into three sections: superior, middle section and lower. It travels through beautiful and incomparable Andean-Patagonian forests and all the exuberance of Valdivia forest.
