Short & Medium-Haul Routes: Avianca operates Economy Class on Embraer 190 and Airbus A318, A319, A320, and A321 aircraft. Seat pitch ranges from 30–32 inches, with seat widths of 17–18 inches. Short domestic routes may also be served by turboprop aircraft, configured entirely in Economy Class.
Long-Haul Routes: For long-haul international flights, including the London Heathrow–Bogotá route, Avianca uses the Airbus A330-200 and Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner. Seats feature a pitch of 32 inches, width of 17 inches, and 5 inches of recline. Each seat is equipped with a 9-inch personal screen offering Audio Video on Demand (AVOD), including movies, TV series, and documentaries
Meal Service: Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided on short & medium-haul flights. On long-haul flights, Avianca offers full meal service, including breakfast, lunch, or dinner depending on the time of departure, along with a selection of beverages, including unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks up to 90 minutes before landing.

Each seat is equipped with a 16-inch personal screen offering Audio Video on Demand (AVOD), including movies, TV series, and documentaries. The "Avianca on Air" system provides a variety of entertainment options.
Insignia by Avianca – Premium Business Class: It is the airline's premium Business Class offering, designed to provide an elevated travel experience on select international routes. This exclusive service is currently available on flights between Bogotá and major European cities.
